Panku started with one idea: bring the fast, bold, unpretentious food of Asian street stalls to Malta — no shortcuts, no compromises. What began as a single kitchen in Mriehel has grown into two homes: our original spot at Mriehel in the Central Business District, serving the lunch and dinner crowd all week, and Triq Censu Xerri in Sliema, open into the early hours.
Every dish is prepped in-house daily, from our broths to our pickles, using recipes rooted in East and Southeast Asian tradition. Can't make it in? We're on both Wolt and Bolt, so the bao, sushi and noodle bowls come to you.
